Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use online gaming services where you live. You're responsible for checking that. Each person may hold one account, registered with accurate personal details.
We may ask for identity and address documents at any time, especially before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to minors, or using false details, will be closed.
Deposits and withdrawals
The minimum deposit is Rs 500. All balances are held in NPR. Accepted methods are eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, mobile banking and bank transfer, and every payment account must be in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments may be refunded and the account reviewed.
Withdrawals are processed after verification and any outstanding bonus wagering is complete. Limits and processing times are shown in the cashier. We may hold a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud, duplicate accounts or bonus abuse.
Bonuses
The welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit, up to Rs 20,000, and is subject to the wagering requirements, game weightings and expiry shown on the offer. One welcome bonus is allowed per person, household, device and payment account.
Breaking bonus terms, for example by placing bets designed to avoid risk on both sides of a market, may lead to the bonus and related winnings being removed.
Betting and game rules
A bet is accepted once it appears in your bet history. Obvious pricing errors, results confirmed after kick-off and events affected by abandonment are settled according to the sportsbook rules published on the site.
Casino game outcomes are decided by each game's own systems. If a game malfunctions, all affected plays and payouts are void.
Closing or suspending accounts
You can close your account or self-exclude at any time from the account menu or through support. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Any legitimately held balance will be returned, minus anything removed under the bonus or fraud rules.
