Fastest route: live chat
The quickest way to reach PRABHU365 is live chat, available from the chat icon on every page of docskool.org and inside the app. Logged-in players get faster help because the agent can see your account details without asking for them again.
For anything that needs documents, such as verification or a disputed transaction, use the support form in your account menu. You can attach screenshots and keep a written record of the conversation.
Help us help you faster
For payment queries, include the method you used (eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, mobile banking or bank transfer), the amount in NPR, the time of the transaction and any reference number from your wallet or bank. Most delays are sorted within minutes once we can match the reference.
For login trouble, tell us the username or registered contact on the account. Please do not send your password. Many people search 'prabhu 356 login password' hoping to find a shortcut, but the only safe fix is the Forgot Password reset link or a check by our support team.
Stay safe from impersonators
PRABHU365 does not run a WhatsApp support line. If someone contacts you on WhatsApp, Viber or Facebook claiming to be our support team, it is not us. Do not send money or share codes with them.
If you need to talk about your gambling, not your account, our agents can set limits or a break for you straight away. You can also find independent support options on our Responsible Gaming page.
